CDIO下应用型本科会展经济与管理专业人才培养优化研究

Research on the Optimization of Exhibition Economy and Management Personnel Training under CDIO

在系统分析了应用型本科会展经济与管理专业培养方案后,文中归纳了会展经济与管理专业人才培养中存在培养目标千篇一律、课程体系五花八门,实践教学形同虚设等问题。而后在CDIO工程教育理念和方法的指引下,对应用型本科会展经济与管理专业人才培养提出了应明确人才培养目标、构建合理课程体系、开展实验实践教学等优化措施,并提出应通过培养师资、加强政校行企合作等方面来保障优化措施的实施。

On the basis of systematic analysis of the training program of exhibition economy and management specialty in application-oriented universities,the present situation is that the training objectives are stereotyped,the curriculum system is multifarious,and the practice teaching is useless.In the CDIO engineering education methods under the guidance of optimization is proposed to determine the training objectives,curriculum system construction,carry out the experiment and practice measures to support the implementation of the guarantee condition of talents majoring in economics and management of applied undergraduate training exhibition.
