摘要
为了解决门把手的加工要求,设计开发出了一六工位钻孔攻丝机床,该机床采用模块化设计,具有自动检测、自动转位、自动夹紧装置、自动钻孔和攻丝功能,提高了工件效率和经济效益。给出了该机床的工作原理和整机的整体结构,阐述了该机床的性能特点。
In order to solve the processing requirement of door handle,a 6-position drilling and tapping machine was designed and developed. The machine adopts modular design and has the functions of automatic detection,automatic rotation,automatic clamping device,automatic drilling and tapping. This paper gives the working principle of the machine and the whole structure of the machine,and expounds the performance characteristics of the machine.
