基于可变涡轮技术的船舶柴油机经济性分析

摘要 针对某七缸低速二冲程柴油机,搭建了基于Simulink的零维仿真模型,并通过仿真计算结果与台架实验数据相比较,定量定性地验证了所搭建模型的精确度和可靠性。在此基础上进行定工况下涡轮截面积变化对柴油机燃油消耗率的影响,并进行了计算并仿真分析,仿真结果表明配置有可变涡轮增压器的船舶柴油机低速性能好、燃油消耗率低且经济性好。 Taking one 7 cylinder low speed two stroke diesel engine the study object,zero-dimension simulation model based on Simulink is built for the Engine,and the accuracy and reliability of the model are both specially verified through comparing the simulation results with the bench test data. On this basis,the influence of turbine cross-sectional area change on diesel engine fuel consumption rate under fixed working conditions is calculated and simulated. The simulation results show that the marine diesel engine equipped with variable turbocharger has good low-speed performance,low fuel consumption rate and good economical.
