摘要 为了减少电力设备运行过程中发出的噪声对周围环境的影响,以一款变流器产品为例,分析不同功率条件下,设备噪声的位置分布和频率特性,进一步研究相应的降噪方法。通过研究发现,噪声主要集中在产品的顶部和靠近底部的位置,频率集中在中频150~1 200 Hz和高频6 000 Hz左右。本文选择三聚氰胺吸声材料贴在产品内部,对比测试后发现:柜体的前后面在贴完吸声材料后噪声最高降低8 d B,产品的前、后、左、右面和顶部均有不同程度的噪声降低,三聚氰胺吸声材料对本文所述的产品有一定的降噪效果。 In order to reduce the influence of noise emitted during the operation of power equipment on the surrounding environment,this paper takes a converter product as an example to analyze the position distribution and frequency characteristics of equipment noise under different power conditions,and study the corresponding noise reduction method. It is found that the noise mainly concentrates on the top of the product and the position near the bottom,the frequency is concentrated in the medium frequency 150~1 200 Hz and the high frequency 6 000 Hz.Selecting the melamine sound-absorbing material affixed to the cabinet,after the noise reduction,the front and back of the cabinet’s noise has reduced by 8 decibel,the product’s front,back,left,right and the top all have the different degree noise reduction,the melamine sound absorbing material has a certain reduction of noise.
