摘要 发动机密封性是影响发动机质量及总体性能的重要指标,因此在发动机生产制造过程,气密性检测技术得以广泛应用,并逐渐形成发动机制程的关键技术。气密性检测可以快速准确判定出零部件和整机在密封性方面的质量缺陷,使存在密封缺陷的发动机在制品在生产制造过程就被探测发现,避免产品质量缺陷逃逸和制造不良品的浪费,有效提高发动机总成质量水平和降低发动机生产制造成本。 The sealing property of engine is an important index that affects the quality and overall performance of engine. Therefore,in the process of engine production and manufacturing. Air tightness detection technology has been widely used and gradually formed the key technology of engine manufacturing process. Air tightness test can accurately identify the components and the whole machine quality defects in sealing,the sealing defects of engine in the products were detected in the manufacturing process,to avoid the product quality defects escape and manufacture of non-conforming waste,effectively improve the level of engine assembly quality and reduce the engine manufacturing cost.
