摘要
双作用叶片泵的叶片安装倾角对泵的工作情况和使用寿命有很大影响。本文建立了双作用叶片泵叶片的受力数学模型,分析了双作用叶片泵在吸、排油全过程中叶片的受力情况。分析结果表明,双作用叶片泵采用径向安装叶片有利于减小定子、叶片和转子槽的磨损,防止排油区叶片运动自锁,并且转子槽的加工工艺简单,泵的生产成本低。
The installation inclination angle of the blade of double-acting vane pump has a great influence on the working condition and service life of the pump. In this paper,a force mathematical model of double-acting vane pump blade is established,and the force on the blade of double-acting vane pump in the whole process of oil suction and drainage is analyzed. The results show that radial blade installation is beneficial to reduce the wear of stator,blade and rotor groove,prevent the self -locking of blade movement in oil drainage area,and the machining technology of rotor groove is simple,and the production cost of pump is low.
