摘要
为满足新研型号7050铝合金硬质阳极化膜层显微硬度≥250HV、厚度40μm~60μm的要求,借鉴现有成熟的7A09铝合金硬质阳极化经验,研究了7050铝合金以硫酸为电解液的恒直流氧化工艺,对主要影响因素进行了分析和验证,最终取得的硬质阳极化工艺参数稳定、可靠,按它加工的产品性能满足标准,现已应用于某机型起落架产品的批量生产中。
In order to meet the requirement of micro-hardness≥250 HV and thickness 40 μm^60 μm of 7050 aluminum alloy hard anodizing film used in one new type,referring to the existing 7 A09 aluminum alloy hard anodizing experiences,the constant direct current oxidation process of 7050 aluminum alloy with sulfuric acid as electrolyte is studied. The main influencing factors are analyzed and verified. The obtained hard anodizing process parameters are stable and reliable. The performance of the parts processed by it meets standards,which had been applied to the batch production of landing gear parts of a certain aircraft type.
