摘要
由于换能器的动力学行为特性与压电材料特性、换能器装配、激振信号品质等诸多因素密切相关,为了实时监测采集换能器动态响应信号,搭建了高频压电超声换能器多路动态信号监测平台,并基于LabView虚拟仪器技术平台,开发换能器激励信号输出与多路动态信号同步采集软件,实现数据的高速采集与高速存储的同步进行,通过Matlab对采集的换能器多路动态信号进行包络线提取,得到其动态响应特性性能评价指标,为研究换能器动力学行为特性影响因素及其规律,提升换能器能量利用率奠定了技术基础。
Because the dynamic behavior of the transducer is closely related to piezoelectric material characteristics,transducer assembly,excitation signal quality and other factors,in order to monitor the dynamic response signal of the transducer in real time,a high-frequency piezoelectric ultrasonic transducer is built. Multi-channel dynamic signal monitoring platform,based on LabView virtual instrument technology platform,develop transducer excitation signal output and multi-channel dynamic signal synchronization acquisition software,realize high-speed data acquisition and high-speed storage synchronization,and exchange by Matlab Envelope multi-path dynamic signal is used to extract the envelope,and the performance evaluation index of its dynamic response characteristics is obtained. It lays a technical foundation for studying the influencing factors and laws of the dynamic behavior of the transducer and improving the energy utilization of the transducer.
