结合大数据、互联网技术应用,通过数据与业务的"一体两翼"模型研究,提出对互联网医疗"事前准入""事中监管""事后评估"全程监管的意见与建议,以对互联网医疗进行严格监管,促进互联网医疗产业健康发展。

This paper combines the application of big data and Internet technology, puts forward the opinions and suggestions of "pre-admission", "in-process supervision", and "post-evaluation" on the whole process of Internet medical service through the "one body two wings" model to promote the healthy development of the Internet medical industry.
