Research of Designing and Application of Paperless Medical Record System in Hospital

目的基于信息化网络技术,实现对传统纸质病案业务流程的无纸化再造;方法使用虚拟打印和采集、CA电子认证、移动签署以及通用PDF文档等技术,直接从医院临床医护工作站、检查检验、手术麻醉系统等客户端中接收、转换和采集电子化文档,并在管理端实现集成和归档;结果完成了系统研发和上线使用,实现了预期目标;结论无纸化电子病案系统的应用有效提高了医院临床和病案业务效率,同时降低各项相关成本支出。

Objective Rebuild the traditional process papery records by paperless information network technologies. Method By using virtual printing, CA electronic authentication, mobile signing and PDF documents to receive, convert and collect electronic documents directly from clients such as hospital clinical workstations, inspection and surgical anesthesia systems, and integrated and archived in management department. Result We have built and applied the paperless medical records system in hospital and reached expected goal. Conclusion The application of the paperless electronic medical record system has effectively improved the efficiency of clinic and medical records work, while reducing related costs in hospital.
