基于心电网络信息平台的移动心电监护应用效果分析

Study on the Application Effect of Mobile ECG Monitoring Based on ECG Information Platform

目的观察基于心电网络信息平台的移动心电监护技术在临床实践中的应用效果。方法选取2016年5月至2018年3月江苏大学附属武进医院以及下属分院移动远程心电监护用户51例,所有患者同期还接受12导联常规数字心电图机监测。比较两种监测方法测量患者的PR间期、P波时限、QRS波时限以及QT间期值。结果基于心电网络信息平台的移动心电监护仪所监测获得的心电图形,与常规数字心电图机比较,在P波时限、PR间期、QRS时限以及QT间期等参数方面,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论两种监测方案获得的心电数据基本一致,准确可靠,由此可以肯定基于心电网络信息平台的移动心电监护技术在临床中具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To observe the application effect of mobile ECG monitoring technology based on ECG information platform in clinical practice. Methods This study selected a total of 51 cases of mobile remote ECG monitoring users, from May 2016 to March 2018 at the Affiliated Wujin Hospital of Jiangsu University and subordinate branch. All patients were also monitored by 12-lead conventional digital electrocardiograph. The two methods were compared to measure the patient’s PR interval, P wave duration, QRS time limit, and QT interval. Results Compared with the conventional digital Electrocardiograph, the electrocardiogram of the ECG monitor based on the ECG information platform had no statistically significant difference in parameters such as in P wave time limit, PR interval, QRS duration, and QT interval(P>0.05). Conclusions The ECG data obtained the two monitoring methods are basically consistent, accurate and reliable, and thus it can be confirmed that the mobile ECG monitoring technology based on ECG information platform has high application value in clinical practice.
