基于北京市医嘱信息共享平台的HIS接口设计与实现

摘要 目的基于北京市医嘱信息共享平台,设计并研发医院信息系统(HIS)接口,实现北京市定点医疗机构之间医嘱信息实时共享。方法采用异步调用下载接口模式,优化软硬件部署方案,升级改造医生工作站的相关功能,既满足了无延迟医嘱信息共享需求,还提供了医生端高效的浏览查询、医嘱信息共享运行状态的日志记录、医生违规操作的痕迹跟踪等功能。结果与结论该接口运行稳定,占用系统资源少,共享信息实时准确;系统可灵活配置,运维便利。 Objective Based on the Beijing Medical Advice Information Sharing Platform, the HIS interface was designed and developed to realize the real-time sharing of medical advice information among the designated medical institutions in Beijing. Methods By innovating the interface design mode, optimizing the software and hardware deployment scheme, and upgrading the relevant functions of the doctor’s workstation, it not only meets the requirements of no-delay sharing of medical advice information, but also provides functions such as efficient browsing query of the doctors, operation status log of medical advice information sharing system, and trace of doctor’s illegal operation. Results and conclusion The interface runs stably, occupies less system resources, and the shared information is real-time and accurate. The system can be flexibly configured for convenient operation and maintenance.
