摘要
加气混凝土是建筑围护结构常用的材料之一,但其吸湿性较强,在容积湿度(以下简称"容湿")影响下,导热系数会产生一定的变化.文章以南京地区为例,通过对加气混凝土外围护结构内外表面温度、热流密度的实测,结合计算推导,发现该地区墙体导热系数受容湿影响而增大,其修正系数为1. 132.研究简化了热湿传递过程,较为准确的推算出了加气混凝土围护结构在运营过程中的实际导热系数,有助于精确分析建筑运营过程中的能耗.
Aerated concrete is one of the commonly materials used for building envelopes,but its hygroscopicity is strong. Under the influence of volumetric humidity( hereinafter referred as " humidity"),the thermal conductivity will change. Taking the Nanjing area as an example,the actual measurement of the inner and outer surface temperature and heat flux density of the aerated concrete surrounding structure is combined with the calculation. It is found that the thermal conductivity of the wall is increased by the humidity tolerance,and the correction coefficient is 1. 132. The study simplifies the heat and moisture transfer process,and accurately estimates the actual thermal conductivity of the aerated concrete retaining structure during operation,which helps to accurately analyze the energy consumption during the construction operation.
