氢氧化钠焙烧硼精矿提取硼砂的研究

摘要 为更加合理、有效的利用硼精矿,针对目前硼精矿冶炼过程中存在的问题提出工艺改进,以辽宁硼精矿为原料,采用氢氧化钠钠化焙烧的方法处理得到熟料,熟料经溶出、过滤、分离得到B_2O_3溶液和提硼渣,碳分含硼溶液得到硼砂产品.考察了碳分温度、碳分终点pH值和碳分B_2O_3浓度对硼砂回收率的影响.最佳工艺条件为:碳分温度20℃、碳分终点pH值9. 5、碳分B_2O_3浓度25 g/L,该条件下硼砂回收率为84. 6%.采用XRD、SEM和ICP分析了硼砂产品的组成、结构和成分,结果表明,该硼砂为晶型发育良好的块状结构,且纯度为97. 6%. In order to reasonably use the boron-concentrate,ore from maghetic sepearation of Liaoning ludwigite,the raw sample were rasted with sodium hydroxide. Then the roasted materials were separated by filthration after being dissolved into water. The boron-rich solution was used to recover borax by carbonation. The effects of reaction temperature,final pH value and the cocentration of B2O3 were investigated. The optimum processing conditions,which carbonation temperature 20 ℃,the end pH value at 9. 5,the concentration of B2O3 at 25 g/L. The recycling rate of Na2B4O7 at 84. 6%. The precipitated product obtained from magnesium precipitation process was analyzed with XRD,SEM and ICP for its compositionsand structure,the borax as crystal block structure of well developed,and the purity was 97. 6%.
