公立医院引入社会资本已成为国内公立医院改革的热点之一,也是社会资本进入医疗健康行业的主要方向之一。通过对公立医院引入社会资本的动因分政府、公立医院和社会资本3个层面进行分析,对合作类型和主要方式进行总结,并以南京鼓楼医院为典型案例对其引入社会资本的实践进行分析,重点对公立医院引入社会资本的筛选社会资本、引入目的明确、坚守公益属性、熟悉公立医院发展规律、重视自身合作地位、获得政府支持等关键问题进行了探讨,为公立医院引入社会资本提供借鉴。

Introducing social capital into public hospitals has become one of the hotspots in the reform of public hospitals in China,and it is also one of the main directions for social capital to enter medical and health industries.This paper analyzes the motivation of introducing social capital into public hospitals from three levels:government,public hospitals and social capital,summarizes the types and main ways of cooperation,and analyzes the practice of introducing social capital into Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital as a typical case,focuses on the key problem of introducing social capital into public hospitals,and provides reference for the introduction of social capital into public hospitals.
