摘要
依托于手机微信群的职工自组织协会,具有丰富性、灵活性、便捷性、同质化、个性化等特点,成为企业文化落地的新载体和凝聚职工、服务职工的新平台。介绍了职工自组织协会这一新型组织模式在国内产生并发展的时代背景,分析了职工自组织协会的优势与价值,并结合苏北人民医院职工自组织协会发展和管理经验,指出单位管理和引导职工自组织协会健康发展的要点。
Relying on mobile phone WeChat groups,the self-organization association has obtained the characteristics of richness,flexibility,convenience,homogeneity,and personalization,which has become a new carrier of corporate culture and a new platform for staff and service workers.Based on the analysis of the background,strength and value of employee organized association and combined with employee organized development and management experience in Northern Jiangsu People’s Hospital,key points of improving employee organized association healthy development have been discussed.
