Investigation on medical insurance management in cancer hospitals from the perspective of new healthcare reform

全面建立中国特色基本医疗卫生制度、医疗保障制度和优质高效的医疗卫生服务体系是医疗改革的目标与任务。分级诊疗、医联体、日间病房是当前深化医改的重点工作,与医保管理政策密切相关。作者就当前深化医药卫生体制改革的进程中,肿瘤专科医院医保管理现状及如何更好地适应"三医联动"改革进行了深度的梳理与探索,提出了相关的建议和措施。

The goal and task of healthcare reform is establishing basic medical health system with Chinese characteristics and medical insurance system and high-quality health service system.Hierarchical medical system,medical alliance and one day ward are the key countermeasures in deepening medical reform which is related to the medical insurance management policy.Based on the analysis of status quo of medical insurance management in cancer hospital and better adapt joint medical provision,medical insurance and drug reform,suggestions have been put forward.
