外科手术患者的集中式住院服务管理模式实践 被引量:2

摘要 医疗资源供需矛盾突出,传统住院模式出入院流程复杂、手续繁琐,患者无效住院时间长,诊疗效率低下。为改善医疗服务,上海市胸科医院通过创新工作机制,设立出入院服务中心,面向胸外手术患者引入住院服务的集中式管理模式。通过出入院手续集中办理、入院检查集中完成、标本数据集中传送和信息报告集中获取等举措,优化流程,提升管理,集约整合各类住院诊疗服务。保障患者安全的前提下有效提高医院床位使用率,降低平均住院日和术前等待时间,提升患者满意度,对提高医院运营效率、改善患者就医体验是个有意义的探索和实践。 Medical resources are in short supply while traditional inpatient mode made patient long hospital stay and hospital low efficiency because of its complicated procedure. To improve medical service, the admission and discharge service center was established as an innovation and the centralized management mode was applied in the inpatient service of thoracic surgical patient. Centralized processing of admission and discharge procedure, preoperative examination, transfer sample and data transmission, information and reports acquirement and so on integrate all the inpatient medical services. The mode is proved to improve the percentage of hospital beds occupied and to reduce the average hospital stay and pre-operative waiting time and to improve patient satisfaction, as a powerful exploration and practice to improve the hospital operation efficiency and patient experience.
