公立三甲中医院患者中医护理服务需求及影响因素

Demand and influencing factors of patient's TCM nursing care in top tertiary public hospitals

目的:了解中医院患者中医护理服务需求,分析其影响因素。方法:采用多中心分层随机抽样调查方法,对3所公立三甲中医院患者展开中医护理服务需求问卷调查。结果:对中医护理服务的需求主要集中在饮食指导、情志护理、中药调护、康复护理、养生保健、中医护理技术等6个方面;中医护理服务需求与年龄、性别、职业、住院费用承担情况、经济状况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),与文化程度和自理程度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);自理能力是中医护理服务需求的主要影响因素,自理能力越好,对中医护理服务的需求就越大。结论:患者中医护理服务需求具有个性化、多样性特点,应提倡"互联网+中医护理",合理利用社会医疗资源,全面满足患者中医护理服务需求。

Objectives: To understand the needs of TCM nursing care in Chinese medicine hospitals and analyze the influencing factors. Methods: A multi-center stratified random sampling survey method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on the needs of Chinese medicine nursing care in three top tertiary public hospital of TCM. Results: The demand for Chinese medicine nursing care mainly focused on six aspects: dietary guidance, emotional care, Chinese medicine care, rehabilitation nursing, health care, and Chinese medicine nursing skill. The demand for nursing care has no significant difference in age, gender, occupation, hospitalization expenses and economic status(P >0.05) as well. There was significant difference between the degree of education and self-care degree(P <0.05). Self-care ability is the main influencing factor of TCM nursing care demand. The better self-care ability caused greater demand of TCM nursing care. Conclusions: The demand for TCM nursing care has the characteristics of personality and diversity. It is considered to promote "Internet + TCM nursing", rationally utilize social medical resources and fully meet the needs of patients with TCM nursing care.
