器官捐献认知与态度研究现状及热点透视:基于CiteSpace可视化分析

Research status and hotspot of the cognition and attitude of organ donation:Based on CiteSpace analysis

目的:通过对2008-2018年器官捐献认知研究领域发展趋势的可视化知识图谱分析,探讨该领域的热点及发展趋势变化,以期为今后进一步提高公众器官捐献认知与意愿研究提供参考。方法:使用CiteSpace统计分析CNKI核心数据库中该领域的346篇文献。结果:国内对器官捐献认知与意愿研究不多,新疆医科大学、安徽财经大学发文量较高。"器官捐献、移植""态度""影响因素""认知""大学生""医学生"是高频关键词,"推定同意""遗体捐献""登记系统"也有增加趋势。结论:国内学者器官捐献认知领域研究与西班牙、美国学者相比成果较少,研究深度不够,研究对象比较局限,从内容广度与深度距离国际研究差距较大。

Objective: To analyze the hotspot and trend of the research on cognition, attitude and intention in the field of organ donation from 2008 to 2018, and to follow development trends in this field, so as to provide a reference for future study in cognition and intention of public organ donation. Methods: Using Citespace, a tool for progressive knowledge domain visualization, statistical analyzed 346 articles in this field collected in the CNKI core database. Results: There are few researches on the cognition and intention of organ donation in China, and the volume of the publications is higher in Xinjiang Medical University and Anhui University of Finance. "Organ donation, transplant" "attitude", "influence factor", "cognition", "College student" and "medical student" are highfrequency keywords, "presumption of consent", "deceased organ donation" and "registration system" also have an increasing trend. Conclusion: Chinese scholars ’ cognition of organ donation is less than that of Spanish and American scholars, the study depth is not enough, the research object is more limited, in short, there is a big gap between the domestic research level and the international.
