摘要
在医改不断深化的背景下,上海市第十人民医院积极调整发展规划,自2016年起构思带组医生项目,在主诊医生负责制下衍生出独具特色的床位带组医生管理模式。分析了院科两级管理模式存在的问题,介绍了床位带组医生管理模式的实践举措,并就床位带组医生管理模式对于医院科学管理的积极作用展开讨论。
Under the background of the deepening healthcare reform, the Shanghai 10 th People’s Hospital actively has adjusted development strategy and has innovated sub-attending management mode under attending responsibility system since 2016. Based on the analysis of problems of hospital-department two tiers management mode, practice of sub-attending management has been introduced and its role on hospital scientific management has also discussed.
