国内农业园区综合评价指标体系研究的回顾与思考

Review and Reflection about Domestic Researches on Comprehensive Evaluation Index System of Agricultural Parks

以"中国知网"《中国学术期刊(网络版)》为文献来源,梳理1998年以来20年间国内研究农业园区综合评价指标体系的学术成果,发现相关研究主要集中于思路和原则、方法与技术、层次与要素3个方面,具有研究主体多元化、研究方法共性多两个特点,存在评价指标难以测量、地理尺度不够明晰、研究人员未进行长期跟踪研究3个方面的问题,并据此预测,未来相关研究会将发展潜力纳入评价体系、服务考核目标、注重治理结构的完善。

Based on CNKI’s“China Academic Journal Network Publishing Database(CAJD)”,this paper sorts out the academic achievements of domestic researches on comprehensive evaluation index system of agricultural parks in the past 20 years from 1998,and finds that the relevant researches are mainly concentrated on three aspects,that is,ideas and principles,methods and techniques,levels and elements.There are two characteristics,that is,diversification of researchers and generality of research methods.There are three problems,that is,difficulty to measure the evaluation index,unclear geographical scale and lacks of long-term follow-up research by researchers.Based on those problems,it is predicted that the future research would bring the development potential into the evaluation system and service assessment objectives as well as improve the governance structure.
