大数据环境下移动社交网络用户隐私问题研究

Research on the Problem of Mobile Social Network User's Privacy under the Big Data Environment

[目的/意义]为充分保护移动用户隐私信息,促进移动社交行业健康发展提供参考。[方法/过程]研究移动社交网络中用户隐私的种类和隐私泄露方式,并以问卷调查的形式对移动社交网络中用户隐私安全问题进行调研,最后基于调查结果,分析用户隐私保护认知、态度及行为习惯。[结果/结论]调查结果显示,"移动应用平台泄露或第三方软件的恶意窃取"是最主要的隐私泄露途径;"互联网等商家有意识的搜集顾客信息"是主要的隐私泄露原因;"不轻易点开不知名的链接"是受访者最常采用的自我隐私保护行为。并从制定国家法律法规、建设和管理移动平台、提高隐私保护技术、增强个人保护意识等方面提出移动社交网络下用户隐私保护的策略。

[Purpose/significance]The paper is to provide reference for the adequate protection of users’privacy information and the healthy development of mobile social network industry.[Method/process]The paper studies the types of privacy and ways of leak in mobile social networks,investigates and researches privacy security problems through questionnaire-based surveys,and analyzes users’privacy cognition,attitude and behavioral habits based on the findings.[Result/conclusion]The results show that the leak of mobile application platform or the malicious theft of third-part software are the main ways of privacy leak;the reason that such as internet merchants have sense of gathering clients’information is the main cause of privacy leak by the majority of respondents;open anonymous links carefully is the most commonly used own privacy protection behavior by interviewees.And it proposes users’privacy protection strategies in mobile social network from aspects of formulating the laws of the country,constructing and managing the mobile platform,improving the technologies for privacy protection,and strengthening protection awareness of personal privacy.
