Bibliometric Analysis on the Academic Age of Scholars of Library and Information Science Based on Chinese Core Journals

[目的/意义]旨在为优化图书情报学科团队结构提供参考。[方法/过程]采用文献计量学的方法,以中文核心期刊图书情报学科论文作者(学者)为研究对象,从学者学术年龄分布、学术年龄和学术生产力的关系、合作论文学者学术年龄等3个角度进行探究分析。[结果/结论]图书情报学科学者的学术年龄呈长尾分布;学术生产力最佳的学术年龄符合黄金分割理论;随着学术年龄的增加,学者的合作频次和合作强度明显增加;学者中心性随着学术年龄的增加呈上升趋势。

[Purpose/significance]The paper aims to provide references for optimizing the structure of library and information science team.[Method/process]Based on bibliometrics analysis,the paper takes scholars of library and information science from Chinese core journals as objects,and analyzes three aspects including distribution of the academic age of scholars,relationship between the academic age and academic productivity,and the academic age of co-authors.[Result/conclusion]The academic age distribution of scholars of library and information science shows a long-tail theoretical distribution.The best academic ages of academic productivity are accord with golden section theory.With the increase of academic age,the cooperation frequency and intensity of scholars increases significantly.The centrality of scholars tends to increase with the increase of academic age.
