新时期我国体育社会组织改革与发展研究

Research on the Reform and Development of China's Sports Social Organization in the New Period

新时期体育社会组织的改革与发展是当前我国体育事业腾飞发展的关键,大力发展体育社会组织也是新时代发展的题中之义。本文运用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法对当今我国体育社会组织进行研究。研究结果表明:在我国体育社会组织发展环境改善、发展机会增多、发展需求提升以及发展环境优化的条件下,体育社会组织必须承担起新时代赋予的重大使命与责任。新时期体育社会组织的改革方向应该从:降低体育社会组织的登记准入门槛,严格把控体育社会组织市场行为;加强社会力量对体育社会组织的培育扶持;加强体育社会组织自身建设,促进其健康有序发展;转变发展方式,推广"伞状结构"枢纽型体育社会组织;完善体育社会组织法律体系建设与制度保障这几方面推进。

The reform and development of sports social organizations in the new era is the key to the rapid development of sports in China,and vigorously developing sports social organizations is also the theme of the development of the new era. In this paper,literature,logical analysis and other research methods are used to study the current sports social organizations in China. The results show that under the conditions of the improvement of the development environment,the increase of development opportunities,the promotion of development needs and the optimization of the development environment,the sports social organizations must shoulder the important mission and responsibility entrusted by the new era. The reform direction of sports social organizations in the new period should be: lowering the entry threshold of sports social organizations,strictly controlling the market behavior of sports social organizations; strengthening the cultivation and support of social forces to sports social organizations;strengthening the self-construction of sports social organizations to promote their healthy and orderly development; changing the development mode and pushing forward We should promote the construction of the legal system and the guarantee of the system of sports social organizations.
