摘要
放射治疗是恶性肿瘤治疗的重要手段之一,它通过电离辐射导致DNA损伤,杀死肿瘤细胞,从而达到治疗肿瘤的目的。然而,电离辐射同时也激活了其他抗凋亡的转录因子。其中核转录因子κB(NF-κB)的激活被认为是保护细胞、阻碍细胞凋亡的关键因素。文章从转录因子NF-KB及其家族的发现、组成、功能,在电离辐射的作用下,NF-κB信号通路激活的机制,NF-κB信号通路抑制剂用于放疗增敏的作用等研究进展进行综述。
Radiotherapy is one of the important means for the treatment of malignant tumors. It can cause DNA damage and kill tumor cells through ionizing radiation, so as to achieve the purpose of treating tumors. However, ionizing radiation also activates other transcription factors that fight apoptosis. The activation of transcription factor NF-κB is considered to be a key factor for protecting cells and inhibiting apoptosis. This paper studies the discovery, composition and function of transcription factor NF-κB and its family. Under the effect of ionizing radiation, the activation mechanism of NF-κB signaling pathway; the research progress of NF-κB signaling pathway inhibitors for radiotherapy sensitization was reviewed.
