摘要 我国青少年的健康成长成才备受党和国家的重视。学校体育是基础教育的基础,能在锻炼身体、增强体质的同时,促进智力发展,培养坚韧等意志力、社会情绪和团队意识,对青少年成长成才具有积极作用,要充分认识学校体育在青少年成长成才过程中的基础作用。落实树立"健康第一"的理念需要全社会的共同参与和重视。 The healthy growth of Chinese teenagers has been attached great importance by the CPC Central Committee, the State Council, and the party and state leaders. Physical education is the basis of education. It can not only exercise the body and strengthen the physique, but also promote the intellectual development,cultivate social emotions and team consciousness. It has a positive effect on the growth and development of teenagers. It is necessary to fully understand the basic role of sports in the growth of teenagers. The implementation of the concept of "health first"requires the common participation and attention of the whole society.
