常规储藏条件下谷外糙米对稻谷品质影响的研究

摘要 为了探讨谷外糙米对稻谷品质的影响,研究了稻谷、净稻谷、谷外糙米在储藏过程中各指标的变化情况,结果表明:随着储藏时间的延长,谷外糙米的水分含量变化显著,稻谷水分含量总体下降。谷外糙米的脂肪酸值较大幅度增加,9月达到峰值,导致总体的稻谷脂肪酸值略为上升。出库时谷外糙米的裂纹率明显高于正常糙米,影响稻谷整精米率。 In order to explore the influence of husked rice on paddy quality,the change of various index is studied about the total paddy,normal paddy and husked rice during the storage respectively,the results show that,with the extension of storage time,moisture content of the husked rice changes significantly,moisture content of the whole paddy overall decline. The total fatty acid value of paddy increased slightly as a result of the large increase of fatty acid value of husked rice,which peaked in September. The crack rate of husked rice was significantly higher than that of normal brown rice,which affected the whole head rice yield(HRY).
