我国农户2016年储存稻谷脂肪酸值现状调查 被引量:3

INVESTIGATION OF FATTY ACID VALUE FOR PADDY GRAIN SAMPLES STORED BY FARMER IN 2016 IN CHINA

摘要 通过对采集自我国17个省/自治区、5个储粮生态区、11种不同装具农户储存的261份稻谷样品脂肪酸值的测定,分析了不同省份、不同储粮生态区及不同装具样品的脂肪酸值现状。结果表明:2016年农户储存稻谷,宜存率83. 9%,不宜存率16. 1%;不同省份样品宜存率从高到低为:江西(36. 7%)>广西(36. 4%)>四川(26. 7%)>重庆(25. 0%)=江苏>广东(21. 4%)>云南(15. 4%)>天津(14. 3%)>湖南(4. 3%)>福建(3. 8%)>辽宁、吉林、黑龙江、浙江、安徽、湖北和贵州(0%);不同储粮生态区样品宜存率从小到大为:生态区Ⅶ(20. 7%)>生态区Ⅴ(17. 5%)>生态区Ⅳ(15. 1%)>生态区Ⅵ(10. 5%)>生态区Ⅲ(0%);不同储粮方式样品宜存率从高到低为:袋装(16. 5%)>木柜(13. 6%)>砖混(10. 0%)>金属仓(8. 3%)。 In order to identify the fatty acid value situation of storage paddy grain from farmer in China,261 maize samples stored in 2016 from 17 province,5 grain storage ecological zone and 11 different facilities were collected.The results showed that:Judged according fatty acid value,the ratio of suitable stored samples was 83.9%,unsuitable stored samples was 16.1%;The ratio of suitable stored samples from different provinces was as follow,Jiangxi(36.7%)>Guangxi(36.4%)>Sichuan(26.7%)>Chongqing(25.0%)=Jiangsu>Guangdong(21.4%)>Yunnan(15.4%)>Tiangjing(14.3%)>Hunan(4.3%)>Fujian(3.8%)>Liaoning,Jilin,Heilongjiang,Zhejiang,Anhui,Hubei and Guizhou(0%);Different grain storage ecological zone was as follow,ZoneⅦ(20.7%)>ZoneⅤ(17.5%)>ZoneⅣ(15.1%)>ZoneⅥ(10.5%)>ZoneⅢ(0%);Different storage style was as follow,bags(16.5%)>Wooden cabinet(13.6%)>brick and concrete granary(10.0%)>metal silo(8.3%).
