筒仓中内置减压管作用的试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 随着筒仓在国内外迅速发展,我国筒仓日渐向筒壁更高、直径更大的趋势发展,同时伴随着大量的筒仓破坏事故发生,筒仓安全问题已变成我国粮仓发展的当务之急。筒仓卸料时作用在仓壁上的侧压力瞬时增大是筒仓破坏的重要原因,通过试验研究对比分析了内置减压管的单侧壁卸料筒仓和普通单侧壁卸料筒仓在侧压力数值和超压系数分布上的差异,探究减压管的作用,结果显示:普通筒仓的超压主要分布在卸料口对侧仓壁,减压管安装后卸料时仓壁受到的动态压力相比静态贮料压力增大趋势较缓,相比普通筒仓受到的卸料压力有明显降低,超压系数分布范围显著缩小,其中内置减压管的筒仓最大超压系数为1.16,普通侧壁卸料筒仓最大超压系数为1.4,且有两个测点可以达到这个值。 With the rapidly development of silos in domestic and overseas,which has been developing towards higher andlarger diameters in our country.At same time,the accidents of silos always happended,its safety has become an urgent task for the development of granary in China.The instaneous increase of dynamic pressure on silo wall is the main reason of silo crash.In this paper,the differences in lateral pressure and the distribute of overpressure coefficient between single sidewall unloading silo with vacuum tube and ordinary single side wall unloading are analyzed by-experimental study,to explore the role of the decompression tube.The results show that The overpressure of the ordinary silo is mainly distributed in the unloading port to the side wall.The dynamic pressure of the silo wall is slower than that of static storage pressure,after vacuum tube was installed.The discharge pressure is significantly reduced,compared with ordinary silo.
