摘要
空调控温储粮技术的推广应用,延缓了南方高温高湿地区耐热性差的储粮品种品质劣变速度,为国家粮食安全战略和粮油市场的稳定做出了卓越贡献。但是空调带来的一些安全隐患也时刻威胁着仓内储粮。为从根源上消除空调控温带来的安全隐患,我库进行了高大平房仓仓外控温工艺试验。试验表明,仓外控温方案设计科学可行,控温效果良好,粮堆温度均匀性更好,几乎无控温死角,且能耗更低。
The popularization of the air-conditioning in commissariat storage,making outstanding contributions to the nation food security strategy and the grain-oil market,has greatly postponed quality deterioration of grains with a poor thermal stability. However,some potential safety hazard that the air conditioner bring has been threatening stored grain. In order to eliminate fundamentally a series of safety issues that the air-conditioning bring,the application of outer air-conditioning was studied in depth. The result showed that outdoor temperature control was scientific and feasible because of its wonderful temperature control effect and lower energy consumption.
