辽宁省城镇职工养老保险基金缺口测算及对策研究

Urban Worker's Pension Insurance Fund Gap in Liaoning Province:Estimation and Countermeasures

以辽宁省城镇职工基本养老保险基金收支为研究对象,通过对未来人口的预测,对截至2050年的辽宁省城镇职工基本养老保险基金收支缺口进行了测算。测算结果表明至2050年,辽宁省养老保险基金每年征缴收入小于支出,当期均收不抵支,但缺口逐年减小,为了弥补缺口,应通过拓宽筹资渠道保证制度的可持续性。

Based on the population forecast of Liaoning province,the urban worker’s pension insurance fund gap in that province till 2050 was estimated.The results showed that the annual collected fund will be less than the disbursement before 2050,but the gap will be gradually narrowed.To offset the gap,the fundraising channels should be widened and the sustainability of related institutions should be guaranteed.
