地方本科院校优良学风建设问题研究

How to Construct Good Study Style in Regional Higher Educational Institutions

学风是高校立校之本,是高校人才培养质量的重要保障。文章通过阐述学风的科学内涵,分析了地方本科院校学风建设中存在的问题:学习目标缺失,职业规划模糊;学习态度不正,学习主动性差;学习氛围淡薄,班级凝聚力弱。针对存在的问题从加强思想教育,明确学习目标;提升职业归属,发挥教师主导作用;加快科研教育,培养创新意识等方面为地方本科院校建立优良学风提出建议。

The intension of study style was introduced.Some problems such as lost learning target,vague professional planning;incorrect learning attitude,bad learning initiative,thin learning atmosphere and weak class cohesion in study style construction in regional higher educational institutions were analyzed.Accordingly,some suggestions such as strengthening ideological and political education,helping students to clear learning target,raise their professional consciousness,improve their learning enthusiasm and initiative by cultivating innovation ability are proposed.
