浅析中药六君子汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床效果

Analysis of the clinical effect of Chinese medicine Liujunzi decoction in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的研究中药六君子汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的临床疗效。方法 30例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者,给予中药六君子汤治疗,观察患者的临床疗效及急性发作情况。结果 30例患者中,基本治愈9例(30.00%),显效12例(40.00%),有效7例(23.33%),无效2例(6.67%),总有效率为93.33%。患者接受治疗时, 2例急性发作,发生率为6.67%。结论采取中药六君子汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者疗效显著,临床治疗安全性较高,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine Liujunzi decoction in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods A total of 30 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease all treated with Liujunzi decoction, and the clinical efficacy and acute attack was observed. Results Of 30 patients, there were 9 basic cure cases(30.00%), 12 excellent cases(40.00%), 7 effective cases(23.33%) and 2 ineffective cases(6.67%), with total effective rate as 93.33%. During the treatment, 2 patients had an acute attack, with an incidence of 6.67%. Conclusion Liujunzi decoction is effective in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. It is safe in clinical treatment and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
