Study the effect of different nursing modes for patients with viral hepatitis

目的探析不同护理模式在病毒性肝炎患者护理中的应用效果。方法 100例病毒性肝炎患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者对照组基础上采用优质护理。对比两组患者的治疗依从率、各项生活质量评分、护理满意度。结果观察组治疗依从率为98.0%,高于对照组的86.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组患者生理状态、心理状态、躯体质量、社会角色各项生活质量评分分别为(89.68±2.26)、(90.55±2.47)、(91.47±2.44)、(88.87±3.32)分,均明显高于对照组的(80.54±2.47)、(81.46±3.38)、(82.17±3.36)、(81.45±2.46)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为96.0%,高于对照组的84.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对病毒性肝炎患者实施优质护理,可提高治疗依从性及护理满意度,改善生活质量,值得推广应用。

Objective To discuss and analyze the application effect of different nursing modes for patients with viral hepatitis. Methods A total of 100 patients with viral hepatitis were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, and the observation group received quality nursing on the basis of the control group. The treatment compliance, quality of life score and nursing satisfaction between the two groups was compared. Results The observation group had higher treatment compliance rate as 98.0% than 86.0% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After nursing, the observation group had quality of life score of physiological status, mental state, physical quality, social role respectively as(89.68±2.26),(90.55±2.47),(91.47±2.44) and(88.87±3.32) points, which were all obviously higher than(80.54±2.47),(81.46±3.38),(82.17±3.36) and(81.45±2.46) points in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The observation group had higher nursing satisfaction as 96.0% than 84.0% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Quality nursing for patients with viral hepatitis can improve treatment compliance, nursing satisfaction and quality of life. It is worthy of promotion and application.
