宫外孕出血性休克患者的临床护理效果分析

Analysis of clinical nursing effect of ectopic pregnancy patients with hemorrhagic shock

目的分析宫外孕出血性休克患者的临床护理效果。方法 85例宫外孕出血性休克患者,根据护理方式的不同分为观察组(43例)和对照组(42例)。对照组患者给予常规宫外孕出血性休克护理,观察组患者给予早期护理干预。比较两组患者护理前后心肌肌钙蛋白(cTnT)水平、不良反应发生情况、护理7 d后ST段回落情况。结果护理后,观察组患者cTnT水平明显低于对照组,观察组患者不良反应发生率为9.30%低于对照组患者的26.19%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理7 d后,观察组患者ST段回落>50%所占比例为79.07%,明显高于对照组患者的52.38%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对宫外孕出血性休克患者可给予早期护理干预,不仅可以控制患者病情的恶化,还可以有效避免心血管不良事件发生,提高治疗效果,受到患者和家属的高度认可。

Objective To analyze the clinical nursing effect of ectopic pregnancy patients with hemorrhagic shock. Methods A total of 85 ectopic pregnancy patients with hemorrhagic shock were divided by different nursing methods into observation group(43 cases) and control group(42 cases). The control group received conventional ectopic pregnancy hemorrhagic shock nursing, and the observation group received early nursing intervention. Comparison were made on cardiac troponin(cTnT) levels, occurrence of adverse reactions, and ST segment fallback after 7 d of nursing between the two groups. Results After nursing, the observation group had obviously lower cTnT level than the control group, the observation group had obviously lower incidence of adverse reactions as 9.30% than 26.19% in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). After 7 d of nursing, the observation group had obviously higher proportion of ST segment fallback >50% as 79.07% than 52.38% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Early nursing intervention for patients with hemorrhagic shock of ectopic pregnancy can not only control the deterioration of the patient’s condition, but also effectively avoid occurrence of adverse cardiovascular events. It can improve the treatment effect and is highly recognized by patients and their families.
