艾灸联合快速康复外科护理方法对经尿道前列腺电切术患者临床效果及生活质量的影响观察

Observation on clinical effect of moxibustion combined with rapid rehabilitation surgery nursing method on transurethral resection of the prostate patients and its influence on quality of life

目的观察艾灸联合快速康复外科护理方法对经尿道前列腺电切术患者临床效果及生活质量的影响。方法 78例行经尿道前列腺电切术治疗患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各39例。对照组患者给予常规护理,研究组在常规护理基础上采用艾灸联合快速康复外科护理,比较两组患者的最大尿流率、生活质量以及前列腺症状评分。结果干预后,研究组患者储尿期、排尿期评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组患者生活质量评分、最大尿流率分别为(1.29±0.78)分、(14.58±2.23)ml/s,均优于对照组的(2.57±1.06)分、(11.33±1.79)ml/s,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用艾灸联合快速康复外科护理方法对经尿道前列腺电切手术患者进行干预,能够对患者术后的生活质量水平进行改善,有效提高临床疗效,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of moxibustion combined with rapid rehabilitation surgery nursing method on transurethral resection of the prostate patients and its influence on quality of life. Methods A total of 78 transurethral resection of the prostate patients were divided by random number table into control group and research group, with 39 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, and the research group received moxibustion combined with rapid rehabilitation surgery nursing on the basis of conventional nursing. Comparison were made on maximum urinary flow rate, quality of life and prostate symptom score between the two groups. Results After intervention, the research group had lower urine storage period and urination period score than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After intervention, the research group had better quality of life score and maximum urinary flow rate respectively as(1.29±0.78) points and(14.58±2.23) ml/s than(2.57±1.06) points and(11.33±1.79) ml/s in the control group, and their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Intervention of moxibustion and rapid rehabilitation surgery nursing method for patients undergoing transurethral resection of prostate can improve the quality of life after surgery and effectively improve clinical efficacy. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
