The CPC'S Political Building in the Historical Great Turn

20世纪70年代末80年代初,以邓小平同志为核心的党的第二代中央领导集体,凝心聚力推进党的建设特别是党的政治建设:从端正党的思想路线着手,努力恢复毛泽东倡导的生动活泼的政治局面;以严明党的政治纪律和规矩为抓手,着力从制度和组织建设方面推进党的政治建设;科学总结新中国建设的历史经验,科学评价毛泽东和毛泽东思想,完成了党的指导思想上的拨乱反正。这一系列党的政治建设成就,恢复了"文化大革命"中遭到严重损害的党的威信,奠定了党成为全国人民进行社会主义现代化建设、开拓改革开放新局面坚强领导核心的政治基础。

In the late 1970s and the early 1980s,the second-generation central leading collective with Deng Xiaoping as the core focused on the party building,especially,the political building of the Party:by rectifying the ideological line of the Party,restored the vivid and active political atmosphere advocated by Mao Zedong;by strengthening the political discipline and rules of the Party,promoted the political building of the Party from the angle of institutional and organizational building;by scientifically summed up the historical experiences of building the new China,scientifically evaluated Mao Zedong and Mao Zedong Thought,and finished the rectification of the Party’s guiding ideology.This series of achievements of political building restored the Party’s prestige that was once seriously damaged in the Great Cultural Revolution,and laid a political foundation for the Party becoming the powerful leading core of the people of the whole country in building socialist modernization and exploiting a new situation of reform and opening-up.
