Political leadership skill is a key to the growth of leading cadres.A leading cadre who master political leadership skills can keep in mind the original aspiration and successfully accomplish his mission and really become a backbone needed by the Party and the people,while a leading cadre who lack of political leadership skills will inevitably be dropped behind and even go wrong.This paper,based on some cases of high-rank officers’failure,analyzes the importance of political leadership skills to the growth of leading cadres,and probes into the political leadership skills that leading cadres should master and the effective paths for promoting the growth of leading cadres.
