论长江经济带绿色发展

On the Green Development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt

推进长江经济带绿色发展是中国正在实施的一项国家战略,长江经济带11个省(市)乃至全国上下都在积极推动这一战略的全面实施,不仅因为长江经济带绿色发展具有重要的生态意义,而且在经济、政治、文化和社会方面同样具有深远意义。同时,我们也应该清醒地看到当前长江经济带绿色发展正面临着诸多问题与挑战,如:资源浪费、生态环境破坏、物种减少、灾害频发、经济发展落后以及管理不到位等。针对上述问题,建议从加强科学规划、环境整治、实施生态保护、加强人才培养等多方面着力,促进长江经济带持续绿色健康发展。

Promoting the green development of the Yangtze River Belt is a national strategy being implemented in China.The 11 provinces(municipalities)in the Yangtze River Economic Belt and even the whole country are actively promoting the comprehensive implementation of this strategy,not only because the green development of this belt has a great ecological meaning,but also because it is meaningful in economy,politics,culture and society.Meanwhile,we should also recognize that the green development of the belt is facing a lot of problems and challenges,such as resource wasting,ecological environment damage,species reduction,frequent occurrence of disasters,backwardness in economic development,and management problems.Aimed at these problems,it is suggested that efforts be made in strengthening scientific planning,environmental governance,ecological protection and talent cultivation,so as to promote the sustainable green development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.
