加强教学体系建设 增强干部教育的时代性针对性和有效性——学习《2018—2022年全国干部教育培训规划》的思考

Strengthening the Building of Teaching System and Enhancing the Contemporary Features,Pertinence and Effectiveness of Cadre Education-Learning from the National Plan for Cadre Education and Training( 2018-2022)

《2018—2022年全国干部教育培训规划》是新时代对干部教育培训的新要求新谋划,政治性、时代性、系统性和操作性很强,是当前乃至今后一个较长时期干部教育培训工作的"施工图"。干部教育培训机构的中心工作是教学。加强干部教育教学体系建设,对于加强和改进当前的干部教育、贯彻落实《规划》要求有着极其重要的现实意义。在教学体系建设中应在创新教育培训理念、健全教学内容体系、创新教学方法体系、完善教学管理体系、强化师资体系上下功夫。

The National Plan for Cadre Education and Training(2018-2022)constitutes new requirements and new plans for cadre education and training for the new era.Being political,epochal systematic and operable,it functions as the“construction drawing”for the work of cadre education and training at present and for the following longer period.The central work of cadre education and training institutions is teaching.To strengthen the teaching system building for cadre education and training has a very important meaning for strengthening and improving the current cadre education and carrying through the Plan.In building the teaching system,we should make efforts in innovating in the idea of education and training,completing the teaching content system,innovating in the teaching method system,perfecting the teaching management system,and enhancing the faculty system.
