摘要
在冷却风扇模块上,为了避免人工手动布置风门的缺点,文章提出以拓扑优化为基础的风门布置方法,一是可以自动在设计域内找到开孔区域;二是开孔能提高冷却模块刚度。为了详细说明此方法的工作流程,列举一个布置风门实例。仿真结果对比显示,使用本方法护风圈的第一阶固有频率相比初始护风圈提高3. 17%,验证了该方法的有效性。
In order to avoid the disadvantage of manually arranging flaps door,a flap door layout optimization method based on topology is proposed.The first advantage is the open area can be automatically found in the design domain of CFM(cooling fan module).The second advantage is the dynamic stiffness of CFM can be improved.In order to explain the detailed working flow,a flaps door layout example is given.The result shows that the first frequency of CFM using this method is 3.17%high than original's,so the method is effective.
