Application Research of Composite Materials on the Seat Pam

文章阐述了复合材料在上汽某SUV车型座椅座盆上的应用研究情况,并通过测试试验对其性能进行了分析和验证。结果表明,复合材料座盆可以满足设计要求,同时,可实现单个座盆减重约260 g。

In this paper,the application of composite material in the seat pan of a certain SUV model of SAIC is described.Its performance is analyzed and verified through the test.The results show that the whole chair which applies the composite material pan can meet the design requirements,and lose 260 grams weight per single pan.
