摘要
在快递行业迅速发展的今天,很多快递企业都积极地不断提高服务质量,进而提高自身的核心竞争力。但是仍然存在着送货不及时的现象。文章就目前和平地区京东快递配送线路存在的问题进行讨论和考察,首先分析了和平地区京东快递的市场份额以及京东配送线路;其次,应用图论的方法,抽象出京东快递配送的线路模型,在图论模型的基础上,应用集合覆盖模型对京东快递员的配送范围进行了规划,形成两个配送圈;最后,应用最近插入法对形成的两个配送圈的配送线路进行优化,最终得出优化后的线路较优化前的线路节约了1个小时,为解决和平地区京东快递的配送线路问题,提供了合理的参考,使得配送效率有了显著的提升。
Today, with the rapid development of express industry, many express delivery enterprises are actively involved in the tide of logistics, but there is still a phenomenon that delivery is not timely. This paper discusses and inspects the existing problems of Jingdong express delivery line in Heping area. Firstly, this paper analyzed the market share of Jingdong express in Heping area and Jingdong distribution line. Secondly, the paper abstracted the route model of Jingdong express delivery line by using graph theory, and applies set coverage on the basis of graph theory model. Finally, the distribution routes were optimized by using the nearest insertion method, and the optimized routes saved one hour compared with the original routes, so as to solve the problem of the distribution routes of Jingdong express in the Heping area. It provides a reasonable reference and makes the distribution efficiency significantly improved.
