文章提出了智慧物流公共服务信息平台的建设目标,基于需求分析,构建了信息平台的系统架构,对平台的主要功能模块进行了设计,提出了物流信息平台分阶段的建设与实施措施。

This paper puts forward the construction target of intelligent logistics public service information platform, based on demand analysis, we proposed the system architecture of information platform, then, designed the main functional modules of the platform, put forward the construction and implementation measures of logistics information platform in stages.
