新建学校交通影响分析方法研究

Study on Traffic Impact Analysis Method of Newly-built Schools

为缓解新建学校建成后在早晚高峰时对周围交通系统产生的拥堵问题,构建了一种对新建学校交通影响分析的方法。以新建学校—南汇一中(分校)与逸夫小学(分校)为例,首先对确定项目研究范围与评价年限,并在早高峰与晚高峰即上学与放学时段对研究范围内的主要路段与交叉口进行流量调查,接着采用交通四阶段法对新建项目交通需求预测,最后对研究范围内的路段与交叉口进行服务水平评价,并分析影响程度,得到受影响程度最大的路段与交叉口。该方法对新建学校周围的交通组织改善方案提供理论依据。

In order to alleviate the congestion problem of the surrounding traffic system during the morning and evening peaks after the completion of the new school,a method for analyzing the traffic impact of the new school was constructed.Taking the new school-Nanhui Yizhong(sub-school)and Yifu Yizhong(sub-school)as an example,firstly determine the scope of the project and the evaluation period,and in the morning and evening peaks,that is,the main roads within the scope of study and school hours.Traffic survey is carried out at the intersection,and then the traffic demand forecast of the new project is predicted by the four-phase transportation method.Finally,the service level of the road sections and intersections within the research scope is evaluated,and the degree of influence is analyzed to obtain the most affected sections and intersections.This method provides a theoretical basis for the improvement of traffic organization around the new school.
