山东省海洋科技创新与海洋经济发展的协调性研究

Research on the Coordination between Scientific and Technological Innovation and the Development of Marine Economy in Shandong Province

运用创新理论、区域经济理论和可持续发展理论,分析了海洋科技创新与海洋经济发展之间的协调机制,并建立协调度模型,以山东省2006～2014年的相关数据为样本测算山东省海洋科技创新与海洋经济发展的协调性状况及变化趋势。研究结果表明山东省的海洋科技创新与海洋经济发展的协调度类型由中度失调衰退海洋科技创新滞后型转变为良好协调发展海洋经济滞后型,海洋科技创新为海洋经济发展提供增长动力,海洋经济发展为海洋科技创新提供基础保障,通过两者的共同发展,能提高两者的协调度,促进海洋科学发展。

Based on innovation theory, regional economic theory and sustainable development theory, this paper analyzed the coordination and interaction mechanism between the marine scientific and technological innovation and the development of marine economy. By establishing the model of coordination degree, took the data of 2006~2014 in Shandong province as samples to measure the coordination condition and changing trends between scientific and technological innovation and the development of marine economy. The results show that the type of coordination degree in Shandong province changed from moderate dissonance declination of marine scientific and technological innovation lagging type into good and coordinated development of marine economy lagging type. The improvement of coordination degree depends on the common development of marine scientific and technological innovation and the development of marine economy. Marine scientific and technological innovation provides support for the development of marine economy, and the development of marine economy provides material basis for marine scientific and technological innovation.
