摘要
探讨企业技术异质性对OFDI和投资绩效的影响,对于中国对外投资战略选择以及政府"走出去"战略的深入推进具有重要意义。基于中国174家上市公司2006—2015年的面板数据,利用联立方程模型检验了企业技术异质性对OFDI和企业绩效的影响关系,并从提高企业技术效率、优化企业投资行为以及提高投资绩效等方面提出了相关政策建议。
Exploring the impact of corporate technology heterogeneity on OFDI and investment performance is of great significance to China’s foreign investment strategy choice and the government’s“going out”strategy.Based on the panel data of 174 listed companies in China from 2006 to 2015,using the simultaneous equation model to test the impact of corporate technology heterogeneity on OFDI and corporate performance,and improve corporate technical efficiency,optimize corporate investment behavior and improve investment performance.Relevant policy recommendations were put forward.
