摘要
随着云技术和移动互联网技术的飞速发展,以及BIM技术的深入应用,传统的管理系统已经不能适应新的管理模式,基于BIM和移动端的综合项目协同管理则能够实现项目的精细化高效管理,提升多方协同管理效率.本文以项目协同管理为理论基础,对基于BIM和移动端的协同管理系统原理、架构功能等展开研究,并通过具体案例来证明BIM和移动端将促进项目协同管理的发展,实现了项目参建各方跨地域远程综合协同管理以及工程项目建设的智慧化和信息化.
With the rapid development of cloud technology and mobile Internet technology, as well as the indepth application of BIM technology, the traditional management system has been unable to adapt to the new management mode. The collaborative management of integrated projects based on BIM and mobile terminals can realize the fine and efficient management of projects and improve the efficiency of multi-party collaborative management. This paper, based on the theory of project management, coordination management system with BIM, studies the principle, architecture, function and so on, and through the specific case to prove that the BIM and mobile terminal will promote the development of project management, project cooperated-building parties’ cross-regional remote comprehensive coordinated management, and intelligence and informatization of engineering projects.
