优秀传统地方文化融入高校质量文化建设的思考——以清代徽州家风家训为例

Integrating Outstanding Traditional Local Culture into University Quality Culture Construction——Taking Huizhou Jiafeng Jiaxun in Qing Dynasties as an Example

完善高等教育质量保障体系是高校发展主要任务之一。当前的质量管理工作未能涉及质量文化建设或质量文化建设滞后,这使高校内部质量管理处于感性认识、经验判断、强调制度的层面,难以进入思想认识层面。质量文化的建设有利于质量保障体系的贯彻执行,能够使得一所高校的全体师生职工产生质量标准意识,主动参与到质量管理中。同时质量文化的建设应具有特色性、地方性,高校要结合发展历史、目标定位等,发掘地方特色文化,传承优秀传统文化,建立完善契合高校质量保障体系的质量文化。

Perfecting the quality assurance system of higher education is one of the main tasks at universities.Currently,the quality management either fails to involve in the construction of quality culture,or even lags behind,which makes the universities internal quality management handling at the surface level of perceptual knowledge,empirical judgment,and emphasis system.It is difficult to get into the level of ideological understanding.The construction of quality culture is conducive to the implementation of a quality guarantee system.It is possible for the teachers and student at the universities to be conscious of quality standard and participate in quality management work actively.Meanwhile,the quality culture construction should be featured and localized.It is necessary for universities to integrate its local develop.ment history,target positioning,and etc..Universities should explore locally characteristic culture,inherit outstanding traditional culture,and establish a quality culture that fits the quality guarantee system at universities.
